Each year, the Festival collects reviews from volunteers, directors, adjudicators and other participants to improve the Festival experience. We take these reviews and suggestions, to our advisory board meeting in February of each year. The following changes have been agreed to by the advisory baord members at the annual QCMF Advisory Meeting.
